I spent 9mths living in the care home and I must say when I first arrived, I was really scared not knowing what to expect but my fears were completely unjust. I was there due to an accident I had at work. The staff are wonderful, they really looked after me. They treated me with respect, dignity, love and care! They were there for me on my low days as well as my happy days and l will never be able to repay them! They work so so hard! If I ever needed the support of a care home in the future, I wouldn't hesitate in returning to Island Residential Home, Leysdown. Thank so so much Vivienne James-Storey
